The ESSEC HEP (Hotel Executive Program)


The ESSEC Hotel Executive Program is run as a part time program by ESSEC Management Education at the CNIT in La Défense, Paris.

It provides high-level learning for practicing hotel executives and combines the business expertise of ESSEC with IMHI’s in-depth knowledge of the hotel industry.
All courses are taught in English.

The program starts in January and runs for a total of 16 days (in 4 modules of 4 days).

Content of the program


• Four modules:
- Visionary Leadership
- Financial decision-making
- Optimizing marketing, branding and distribution
- Leading people and transforming teams

• A personalized Leadership Development and action plan
• A team Business Project: Learning into action

It is aimed at experienced general managers, hotel managers, consultants, functional, regional or corporate executives.
