ESSEC Business School has always emphasized professional supervision of student work experience with a view to developing personalities and professional behavior. Tools and evaluation procedures, individual tutoring, coaching and evaluation of experience have been created or reinforced, in partnership with firms, for each program offered by the School and adapted to the program.

To validate the 18 months of professional experience required to graduate, ESSEC MBA students have a wide range of possible options for professional experience that is validated within their curriculum. Internships must meet strict management criteria to be accepted by ESSEC.

The curriculum developed by the ESSEC MBA proposes various options and numerous possibilities, thus encouraging students to build personalized programs coherent with their professional goals. ESSEC supervises this effort.

The Corporate / Student Relations Service has a long history of close relations with a wide variety of companies and organizations. This facilitates students’ access to large European and international groups in varied sectors. During the academic year the Service organizes many events that bring firms to campus.
