ESSEC MBA students are made to reflect on the development of their professional and personal goals. This reflection is managed by coaching and advisory service professionals for ESSEC MBA students and during tutoring carried out within the framework of the Assessment Center.

The Corporate Student Relations Service has a team of ten professionals specialized in student coaching and consulting. Its services are based on personal development techniques and human resource coaching.

Each student is supervised by a tutor. Students and tutors select each other on the basis of reciprocal engagements. Each experience is supervised during an individual meeting where a summary of the experience and an evaluation grid are prepared. The tutoring process is overseen by the Assessment Center.
