Coaching and consulting for professional goals


In close cooperation with the Career Orientation Service of the ESSEC Alumni Association, the Advisory Team helps students build their professional projects (goal, jobs, skills, sector) and acquire appropriate tools (CV, motivation letter, candidacy file) to have successful interviews.

Three professionals from coaching/consulting and three specialized consultants help students define their goals and build a professional project throughout their program and job search after the ESSEC MBA.
In addition, Advisory Team assistants offer a permanent welcome to students with questions relating to professional experience and, in particular, the administrative steps for internships and contracts.

The services offered


These are especially adapted to certain events: departure for internships or apprenticeships, fairs, job search.
Training sessions to learn the use of tools and methods (in French and English) to look for internships, apprenticeships, or employment. Help is available with CVs, motivation letters, interviews, and the use of networks.
Individual counseling: definition of goals, targeting of firms, self marketing, advice for international students.
