ESSEC MBA: on-line offers

By selecting and managing offers, we place at the disposal of ESSEC MBA students assignments with demanding content, ten percent of which were international positions in 2003/2004. Offers are analyzed according to key criteria to ensure that they involve the taking of professional initiatives, problem solving, added value and the theoretical concepts covered in course work. These offers are on-line so students can react more quickly!

Management of offers

Each offer received is read and rated by a specific team, based on key criteria used by the search function. Apprenticeship offers are only available to qualified students having registered with the Apprenticeship Training Center.

Assignments with appropriate contents

The offers provided to our students can be in any function and must fulfill four criteria: make possible the taking of professional initiatives and risks, use techniques for solving problems by creating added value, use the theoretical concepts learned in class, and be subject to evaluation, formalization and restitution.

Employment offers

Job offers are analyzed by the Career Orientation Service of the Alumni Association and put on-line on essecnet.com. ESSEC Business School students have access to “Young Graduate” offers during their program, accessible from the dedicated student portal.
Of the 6000 offers received this year, 5520 concern experienced managers and 480 are offers for young graduates.
