The Finance Track


The Finance Track is designed for students wishing to pursue job opportunities in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis and research, corporate financial and treasury management, strategic auditing and consulting.
It allows students to consolidate their knowledge of the field and prepare for a career in finance.

The ESSEC MBA Finance track currently offers more than 20 specialized Finance courses, in 3 (nonexclusive) options.

Option 1:  Corporate Finance
Option 2:  Financial Markets
Option 3:  General Finance

The validation of the Finance Track is further conditional on the completion of the seminar “Éthique et Déonthologie des Métiers de la Finance”.

In addition to the Finance courses, a list of recommended complementary courses in other areas is also supplied. Note that validating the recommended courses is not necessary for completion of the Finance Track.

The ESSEC MBA Finance Track a CFA Program Partner. The CFA Institute is the professional body that awards the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation.

The Finance track is taught both in English and French.
