ESSEC MBA: European education with a worldwide outlook

To meet the expectations of the market for business leaders, the ESSEC MBA is placing increasing emphasis on the international dimension of its resources: international faculty, courses, student profiles, and obligatory international experience systematically expose students to international aspects of the economy and management.

An international faculty

The permanent faculty, including about 30% international professors, has an international reputation based on numerous, high-quality publications that appear in top professional journals. Courses are based on European and world visions of the contemporary stakes in management and business administration.

International courses

Numerous courses are based on a European and world vision of the stakes involved in finance, strategy, management, marketing, business law and intercultural management. The entire curriculum can be followed in English.

Increasingly international student profiles

Training students to work in an international context requires the creation of a truly international culture, with students from every continent. The School currently enrolls about 20% foreign students, and 70 nationalities are represented on campus at any given time. ESSEC MBA students are constantly in a multicultural environment, at School or during their international experience, in that they interact with students from other nations and other ESSEC programs.

Obligatory international experience

To reinforce the international profiles of students, ESSEC requires international experience lasting at least six months, either as an internship, a university exchange, a double-degree program or a humanitarian mission.
